Last week, we announced a number of new SplashID app updates here and by email. As always when we make announcements like this, I got a lot of questions and requests. But I also get some wonderful messages from customers that just make my day. I thought I’d share a few of them here:
Morgan, I wanted to express my appreciation for the great changes you continue to make. I was so pleased with your last major change to the BlackBerry version.  It used to be such a pig to open and sync that it was almost unusable.  Now it is such a charm to use as it opens swiftly and can be referenced right away. Great job, great product.

    Hello. How do you sync the desktop vsroien of SplashID with a BlackBerry? I know how this works with Palm OS, but my partner has a BlackBerry and it doesn’t seem to have sync software, like Palm OS and HotSync. Basically, I have no idea how to go about using SplashID with a BlackBerry. Thanks for any pointers.

    Hi;
    I have a SplashID Key but it will not work when I plug it into my USB port. Nothing appears and it dose not appear in the My Computer list of devices available. what can I do to access my data on the SplashID key?
