We have helpful SplashID updates for Mac, Windows, and Android now available.
Remember only SplashID Pro users get access to all updates on any platform.
The Mac update in particular includes fixes to a number of issues you’ve reported to us, so thanks for helping us quash bugs. We prioritized getting the fixes out first for you, and our Mac version 8.1 with new features will be coming soon.
You can download these versions using the links below. If you have auto update turned on, the Windows and Android versions should have been delivered to you already, and the Mac version will be updated within the next few days.

please help me. I have to fix a problem: my credit card in the last two years has been charged twice for SplashData Safe Supscription. I tried to find what happened, but your support service reply no more, though I attached bank documents and so on. I like your software, I’m a customer from 2009 at least: please let me leave this mess. I changed email address since they stopped answering to the last one. Thanks

What happened to the Mac version. It was supposed to be “a few days” until 8.1 was released for the Mac but it’s now been over a month. Fortunately, 8.0.4 seems to have fixed previous synchronization bugs, but I’m still curious.
Good news, version 8.1 is in public beta right now. Should be released shortly!
