Hooray! RIM fixed the issue causing sync failure with SplashID in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager!

RIM was working on this issue with the BlackBerry Desktop Manager for over a few months now. Finally there is a fix for “Launch SplashID on the Device and try sync again” error. We would like you to try it and let us know if all is well… 🙂
