I posted this on the SplashData Blackberry forum, and also sent in TWO support requests. I haven’t heard back from either, so maybe someone here can help:
I am syncing one BlackBerry (Curve 8310, OS 4.5, SplashID 4.21) and two PCs. Data is not fully synching between everything. I was able to get all of my initial data from PC#1 to the BlackBerry and then to PC#2. Then for example, if I update a password field in one record on PC#1, it will sync to the BlackBerry. If I then sync the BlackBerry to PC#2, that password does NOT get updated on PC#2. Both PCs are running Windows XP SP3, and SplashID 4.21.
Hi, I am a proud user of Splash Money and have been for a long time now. Last week I changed over to Mac 10.5 and turned my back on MS – However, once I transfered all my info over to the new Mac, I found that the printouts are terrible – all smudged and not good at all – the printer can print fine all other documents etc. – What am I doing wrong? – PLEASE HELP The printer is a Lexmark Z1420, which i know is….., but at the moment, all I have. Thank You
I'm not sure what you mean by "smudged" printing, but the only thing I can think is that you are talking about the icons looking stretched. This is a minor bug in the way that SplashMoney prints.

When did you send in the support requests? We reply to all business requests generally within one business day.
Please try submitting again:

But please note that synchronizing with more than one desktop computer is not supported. You can only sync with one.
You can then export the data from the PC that you sync with:
File > Export > SplashID vID
And you can send that file to the second computer to import into the SplashID desktop.
